ZPoint – Your Key to Success
ZPoint is an energy therapy that is highly effective in releasing or transforming negative energy that shows up in our system as limiting beliefs, self-sabotaging behavior patterns, stress and physical pain and disease.
Are you are familiar with Emotional Freedom Techniques, better known as EFT? If you are then you understand that we have energy meridians throughout our bodies and that negative emotions, trauma, pain, etc. create blocks in our energy field or meridians. EFT works to release these blocks by focusing temporarily on a negative thought or emotion while tapping on a series of acupressure points on the face and upper body, in most cases miraculously releasing those blocks, quite often for good! ZPoint is similar to EFT in that it is an energy therapy and works to release and transform negative energy, otherwise it’s quite different.
ZPoint is completely an intentional therapy; it does not involve tapping on the meridian points or being specific to get results, in fact it works better to just focus on a feeling rather than specifics of an issue. The ZPoint Process involves reading a healing program directed at the subconscious mind, briefly focusing on an unwanted feeling or emotion related to an experience or belief and a cue word to activate the program by repeating it silently to yourself like a mantra to release deeper and deeper layers of an issue.
The results from one ZPoint session can be life transforming. ZPoint creator Grant Connolly explains that 10-15 minutes of ZPoint can bring the mind and body into the same state as an hour’s worth of meditation. It’s that deep of a process and one of the reasons why it is so relaxing. ZPoint is hands down the most effective, immediate and non-invasive solution for insomnia.
How can something that simple work that well?
Excellent question. ZPoint is a way of gently persuading the subconscious mind to work with our conscious mind rather than against it. By focusing our attention on a problem and repeating our cue word we are letting our subconscious know what we want retrieved and transformed and saying ‘fetch!’ In this way we are consciously and subconsciously co-operating in a systematic and friendly way, as in a game of fetch with a dog. Our subconscious is willing to help and knows it’s being appreciated for knowing exactly where the issue is in the energy field. Just as a loyal dog loves to please its owner and best friend by fetching a ball that its thrower has lost site of in order to receive love, in the form of praise, for a job well done.
Yeah, well what if my dog doesn’t fetch?
Don’t feel bad, the majority of dogs (the subconscious mind type) don’t. Not because they are bad or want to be disobedient and sabotaging to their owners and their own happiness, but because they are misunderstood and when this happens we the owner, gets frustrated creating resistance to the whole relationship. We can feel like total failures because our dog is now running our lives, just as our subconscious mind can control much of our lives.
This once sweet, harmless puppy is now digging up the lawn and has balls buried all over your playing field. You don’t know where to start looking for them so you can smooth out your field.
