A while back I wrote an article titled ‘Hangover Helper’ where I talked about using EFT or Emotional Freedom Techniques to relieve symptoms of a hangover. Now I’m suggesting to go back before the hangover and look at ways to prevent getting hammered in the first place. Don’t worry, this isn’t a lecture by any means and I’m not suggesting we don’t go out and have a few drinks and a good time, but perhaps it’s more than that if overindulgence is becoming an issue.
